Subscriptions & billing
Subscribe through Google Play to unlock multi-device sync, cashier seats, and optional web storefront.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Overview
Posh inventory features run on your device without a subscription. Cloud sync during setup is included. Paid plans through Google Play unlock multi-device teams, cashier device limits, and optional online storefront.
Admins manage subscriptions in Settings when cloud sync is active. Billing goes through Google Play—you do not enter card details inside Posh.
Plans
POS — ₱200/month
- Enables cloud-backed multi-device operation for your store
- Includes two cashier or team member devices (plus your admin device)
- Required foundation for the storefront add-on
Online storefront — ₱100/month
- Web ordering for your customers
- Orders appear in Orders (from the POS menu when POS is on)
- Requires an active POS subscription
Subscribing
- Complete store setup and cloud sync as admin.
- Open Settings → Subscriptions (when shown).
- Choose POS or storefront plan and complete purchase in Google Play.
- Posh verifies the purchase and updates your store entitlements automatically.
Additional devices
The POS plan includes two team devices beyond admin. Inventory staff and cashier tablets both count toward this limit. For more registers, contact the developer from Settings—additional seats are configured on your store account.
Managing or canceling
View, change, or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops renewal; you keep access until the current billing period ends.
After cancellation, cloud-backed features may be limited according to your plan. Local data on your device remains until you delete it.
Legacy plans
Stores on older starter plans continue to work during migration. New purchases use the POS and storefront product IDs above.
Free tier and rewards
Some stores operate on manual licensing or promotional perks (for example, extended image storage) configured by the operator. Your Settings screen shows current entitlements and plan name when sync is active.
