Orders & receipts
Optional add-on to browse sale history, reprint receipts, and manage web orders.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Enabling Orders
Orders & receipts is an optional add-on in Settings → Add-ons. When enabled with Point of sale also on, open Orders from the POS overflow menu (⋮). When POS is off and Orders is on, admins and cashiers see an Orders shell tab. When Orders is disabled, the destination is hidden.
What appears in Orders
- In-store sales — completed POS transactions from this store, with date, total, payment method, and cashier.
- Web orders — orders placed on your online storefront when that subscription is active. Includes customer contact, delivery or pickup details, and line items.
Browsing and filtering
Scroll the orders list or use filters for date range, payment type, or order source (in-store vs web). Tap an order to open the receipt detail.
Receipt detail
From a receipt you can:
- View line items, taxes, discounts, and payment breakdown
- Print or share the receipt (when a printer is paired)
- Start a return or refund (see POS guide)
- Void the sale (admin only, in-store sales)
Web storefront orders
When you subscribe to the storefront add-on (requires active POS), shoppers can place orders on your web store. Those orders sync into Orders (open from POS when POS is on, or the Orders tab when POS is off).
Confirming web orders
Confirm an order when you are ready to fulfill it. Confirming decrements stock the same way an in-store sale does. If you cancel before fulfillment, stock is restored when applicable.
Offline behavior
In-store orders created offline appear in the list immediately on the device that made the sale. Other devices see them after cloud sync. Web orders require internet to arrive from the storefront.
