Inventory reports
Read-only summaries for stock health, valuation, and recent activity—always available from Inventory, separate from Sales reports.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Where to find inventory reports
Open the Inventory screen menu (⋮) and choose Inventory reports. Only admins can open this screen.
Stock health
KPI cards show counts of active SKUs, low-stock items, and out-of-stock items. Thresholds match the Inventory screen filters (low = 5 or fewer on hand, or below one sub-unit pack).
Stock valuation
Total inventory value is the sum of on-hand quantity × cost price for each SKU where cost is set. The report also shows how many SKUs are missing a cost price—those are excluded from the total.
Needs attention
A short list of low- and out-of-stock products. Tap a row to open that product's stock history. Use the main Inventory filters for day-to-day replenishment; this section is a quick snapshot for review meetings.
Activity
Choose a period: 7, 30, or 90 days. Activity includes:
Movement summary
- Net quantity change grouped by reason (sale, receive, adjust, count, etc.)
- Based on the on-device stock ledger
Receiving summary
- Posted and voided receipt counts in the period
- Total quantity and cost received on posted lines
Recent movements
Chronological list of ledger entries in the selected window, with product name, reason label, and signed quantity.
Export
Use the app bar actions to export a snapshot:
- Export CSV — copies a CSV summary to the clipboard for pasting into a spreadsheet.
- Export PDF — generates a shareable PDF with stock health, valuation, all low/out alerts, and all movements in the selected period (not limited to what fits on screen).
Limitations
- Data reflects the current device's ledger and catalog—movement history is not merged from other devices via cloud sync.
- No forecasting or automatic reorder suggestions yet.
