Inventory reports & replenishment

Read-only stock health and valuation, plus rule-based replenishment drafts you review before ordering—always available from Inventory, separate from Sales reports.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Where to find inventory reports

Open the Inventory screen menu (⋮) and choose Inventory reports. Only admins can open this screen.

Stock health

KPI cards show counts of active SKUs, low-stock items, and out-of-stock items. Thresholds match the Inventory screen filters (low = 5 or fewer on hand, or below one sub-unit pack).

Stock valuation

Total inventory value is the sum of on-hand quantity × cost price for each SKU where cost is set. The report also shows how many SKUs are missing a cost price—those are excluded from the total.

Needs attention

A short list of low- and out-of-stock products. Tap a row to open that product's stock history. For rule-based reorder estimates and draft purchase orders, open Replenishment from Inventory reports, the Inventory menu, or Home → Needs attention.

Replenishment

The replenishment workspace estimates average daily demand from a trailing sell-through lookback (preferring synced sale lines when available, otherwise the on-device stock ledger). Suggestions are rule-based—not machine learning—and show confidence, demand source, and history coverage so weak estimates are not treated as precise predictions.

  • Edit suggested quantities, then generate draft purchase orders grouped by preferred supplier. Review each draft before marking it ordered.
  • When linked to a distributor, you can prefill the Supply cart for matched barcode/SKU lines. Checkout still requires your confirmation; unmatched catalog lines are listed instead of guessed.
  • Retrying draft generation reuses an equivalent open draft rather than silently duplicating quantities.

Activity

Choose a period: 7, 30, or 90 days. Activity includes:

Movement summary

  • Net quantity change grouped by reason (sale, receive, adjust, count, etc.)
  • Based on the on-device stock ledger

Receiving summary

  • Posted and voided receipt counts in the period
  • Total quantity and cost received on posted lines

Recent movements

Chronological list of ledger entries in the selected window, with product name, reason label, and signed quantity.

Export

Use the app bar actions to export a snapshot:

  • Export CSV — copies a CSV summary to the clipboard for pasting into a spreadsheet.
  • Export PDF — generates a shareable PDF with stock health, valuation, all low/out alerts, and all movements in the selected period (not limited to what fits on screen).

Limitations

  • Data reflects the current device's ledger and catalog—movement history is not merged from other devices via cloud sync.
  • Replenishment estimates are rule-based drafts for review—not ML forecasts, not scheduled auto-drafts, and not unattended ordering.
