Who can open Settings

Only admins see the Settings tab. Cashiers and inventory staff use the Device tab for sync status instead.

Store info

Update store name under Store information. Owner contact and an optional device PIN live under Security: use Set PIN when you want later launches to require it, or Change PIN after one exists. Changing owner contact requires your current PIN if one is set, and starts a 48-hour cooling period before operator PIN recovery can issue codes against the new contact. Business type (general retail, hardware store, dental clinic, food service, hotel, or laundry shop) is chosen during create-store setup and shown read-only in Settings; cloud-synced devices inherit it from the tenant. Business type affects catalog layout defaults: hardware adds sell-by-length; dental unlocks Patients, Calendar, and Visits (charting and treatment plans on Dental Pro); food service uses a menu-first catalog with size variants, open orders, dine-in tables, a kitchen prep queue, and dine-in / takeaway / delivery at POS (Sales & POS on by default); hotel reuses that F&B model with room service, Guests labeling, stays/folios, and a guest QR hub; laundry adds drop-off jobs with claim tickets and pay-on-pickup (Sales & POS on by default; multi-device queue on Laundry Pro).

Add-ons (optional modules)

Three modules can be turned on or off per device. Missing toggles default to on so existing stores keep full functionality after updates.

• Point of sale — register tab and checkout flows.
• Orders & receipts — order history and receipt reprints. Open from the POS menu when POS is on; own shell tab when POS is off.
• Sales reports — revenue analytics tab.

Turning off a module while you are on that screen redirects you to your home tab (Home for admins and inventory staff, POS for cashiers when enabled).

Sales settings

When POS is enabled, admins can configure:

• Tax rates and receipt header/footer text
• Allow selling out-of-stock items (oversell)
• Default payment methods

When POS is off, oversell and other register-only settings are hidden.

Customers & credit

Manage customer records, trade discounts, and store credit balances. Attach customers at checkout for discounted pricing or account sales. Credit reports export from Sales reports.

Printer

Pair a Bluetooth thermal printer for receipt printing. Posh stores the printer name and MAC address locally. See Point of sale for printing from checkout.

Cloud sync

Full sync controls and invite codes. Store restore codes are issued by support after verification. See the Cloud sync guide.

Storefront

When cloud sync is active and you have Commerce or a vertical Pro subscription, configure your online store link, landing page, and payment options in Online Store. Dental clinics on Dental Pro can also enable public appointment requests (/{slug}/book); confirm them in Calendar. Hotel Pro enables the guest QR hub for room ordering and service requests. Delete data

Admins can delete business data from Settings. Options typically include:

• Clear local data on this device
• Delete cloud store records (irreversible—use with caution)

Developer contact

Settings includes a contact panel for support, additional cashier devices, or billing questions outside Google Play.
